Summer Projects

These are projects I made last summer before I was off for a month vacation. One is a 4 eggs in a basket with a bird sitting on the edge. The second one is also a bird resting on a branch. This one is inspired by an artistic etsian.
Both of them can be used as desktop decorations or even fridge magnets.

Enjoy !!!

Gemah Ripah Lohjinawi

Gemah Ripah Lohjinawi

One of my fellow crafters held a paper crafts challenge. All participants were asked to create any paper crafts creation with a requirement that 70% of the material used for the creation is paper. She does this challenge every month with different theme each time. This month's theme is Countries. Everybody will make something that tells a country. I picked my place of birth, Indonesia.

The base colors is the color of the national flag, The Red and White. This country is so rich wuth natural resources, and its soil is so fetile that one of a group of music in Indonesia said in their song that even the wooden rod and rocks would turn greens. And the water was as good as milk. That's why I made this vegetables miniatures as symbols of its richness.

Pink Birds

This set is a decoration to put on your desk either in your office or at home. I made this as a preset for an online friend as she won the random giveaway I held on my husband birthday. I hope she will like this knickknack.
